Hi, I’m Clint Krotzer, a Product Analyst with a strong UX foundation focused on improving how digital platforms function for the people who rely on them. My work combines structured analysis, usability research, and practical design thinking to help teams understand user behavior, clarify product requirements, and improve how systems perform.

I hold a B.S. in Marketing from Franklin University, an A.A.S. in Graphic Communications from Columbus State Community College, and a Graduate Certificate in Human–Computer Interaction from IUPUI.

In my work with digital platforms and product teams, I’ve contributed to projects involving:

• UX research and usability testing
• Workflow and system analysis

Whether I’m identifying friction in a user journey, improving system feedback, or helping teams define clearer product requirements, I focus on solutions that are user-centered, measurable, and aligned with business goals.

Outside of design, I enjoy coaching soccer, exploring new creative work, and spending time with my family.
